I know how authority is built and how it quietly erodes when you start over-adapting to the room.
For 15 years, I worked inside global organizations - Unilever, Carlsberg, LEGO. I was trusted, I delivered, and I learned firsthand what it takes to be seen as a leader in rooms that don't hand out authority easily.
Then I left. Because I realized that the most important work wasn't in the campaigns or the strategy decks. It was in enabling the people running them.
I'm an ICF-certified coach (CPCC, ACC) and Hogan Certified Assessor.
I work with professionals who are ready to be known for what they are actually worth.
I also work with organizations that want to invest in their people's visibility, influence, and leadership presence.
I work on the result and the person simultaneously. Always.
